Rules for Students

1. Academic Conduct

• Attend all classes punctually and regularly.
• Complete homework and assignments on time.
• Respect teachers and peers in all interactions.
• Use school resources responsibly, including books, equipment, and facilities.

2. Islamic Conduct

• Perform Salah (prayers) at the prescribed times in the school mosque or prayer area.
• Follow Islamic dress code:
• Boys: Modest attire, including a cap (if required).
• Girls: Proper hijab or abaya as outlined by the school policy.
• Avoid using offensive language and maintain Islamic manners (adab) at all times.

3. Discipline

• Abstain from disruptive behaviour in class or school premises.
• Follow classroom rules set by individual teachers.
• Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are strictly restricted for students in school campus.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

• Arrive at school on time; habitual tardiness may lead to penalties.
• Absences must be reported by parents/guardians with a valid reason and a written note.

5. Uniform and Appearance

• Wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and appropriately.
• Haircuts and personal grooming must align with Islamic values.
• Avoid makeup, excessive jewellery, or flashy accessories.

6. Qur'anic and Islamic Studies

• Memorize and review assigned Qur'anic portions regularly.
• Practice Tajweed rules during recitation.
• Actively participate in Islamic studies lessons and related activities.

Rules for Guardians

1. Communication with the School

• Maintain regular contact with teachers to stay updated on your child’s progress.
• Attend all scheduled parent-teacher meetings.
• Inform the school immediately about any changes in contact details or emergency information.

2. Support for Academic and Spiritual Growth

• Ensure your child completes homework and prepares for exams.
• Reinforce Islamic teachings and values at home.
• Encourage regular practice of Salah, Qur’anic recitation, and adherence to Islamic etiquette.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

• Ensure your child attends school daily and arrives on time.
• Notify the school in case of absences, providing valid reasons and supporting documentation (if necessary).

4. Financial Responsibilities

• Pay school fees and other dues promptly by the set deadlines.
• Notify the administration in case of any financial difficulties to discuss possible arrangements.

5. Discipline and Behaviour

• Collaborate with the school in addressing any behavioural concerns.
• Support the school’s disciplinary actions and encourage your child to learn from mistakes.

6. School Events and Activities

• Encourage your child to participate in school events such as Qur'an competitions, Islamic seminars, and extracurricular activities.
• Attend family-oriented events and programs organized by the school to build a stronger school-community bond.

7. Restricted Items

• Monitor your child’s belongings to ensure they do not bring prohibited items to school.
• Avoid sending unhealthy snacks or junk food with your child; prioritize wholesome meals as per the school's guidelines.

General Guidelines for Both Students and Guardians

1. Respect for Authority

• Follow all instructions given by school staff and management respectfully.

2. Adherence to School Timings

• Ensure timely arrival and pickup of students. Guardians should avoid delays that disrupt the school's schedule.

3. Conflict Resolution

• Address any grievances respectfully and through the proper channels (e.g., principal or administrative staff).

• Avoid gossip, unnecessary complaints, or actions that disrupt harmony within the school community.
